These terms apply when you use Tool Ascent or buy a paid rank. By completing a payment, you accept these terms and the Rules.
The service
Tool Ascent provides sponsored placement in a public tool directory. Payment controls position. A paid rank does not mean that we tested, approved, or recommend a product. We do not promise traffic, leads, search rank, sales, or any other result.
Your submission
You confirm that the submitted information is accurate and that you can ask us to publish it. You give us permission to display and format the submitted name, description, website address, and related public product information for the service.
Brand names and logos
Brand names and logos identify the listed products. Their owners keep all related rights. A listing does not show sponsorship, approval, or a business relationship. A brand owner can ask us to correct or remove an asset.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in US dollars. Stripe processes payments. The paid placement begins after confirmation. Except where law requires otherwise, confirmed payments are final after the rank is supplied. We can refund a duplicate payment or a payment affected by our technical error. A refund, dispute, or chargeback can remove the related paid amount and change the rank.
Moderation and service changes
We can reject or remove content that breaks the Rules, creates risk, or harms the service. We can change, pause, or close the service. If we end an active paid placement for a reason unrelated to your conduct, we can provide a fair refund based on the facts.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tool Ascent is not liable for indirect, special, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a paid placement will not exceed the amount that you paid for that placement.
