This notice explains the limited information that Tool Ascent uses to run the ranking and payment service.
Information we use
- Listing names, website addresses, descriptions, categories, and paid totals.
- Your receipt email when you start a payment.
- Stripe payment and checkout identifiers. We do not receive your full card number.
- Aggregate outbound click counts and basic server request records.
- Messages that you send to support.
Why we use it
We use this information to complete payments, apply ranks, prevent repeated payment events, count outbound visits, correct listings, answer support requests, and protect the service from abuse.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments. Neon stores listing and bid records. Vercel can host the website and process server requests. Their own privacy terms apply to their work.
Retention and requests
We keep payment records as required for accounting, fraud response, and legal duties. We keep listing data while the directory operates. To ask for access, correction, or deletion, email support@toolascent.com.
